Returns: 

~Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

~ Items must be unworn,unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

~ Only items purchased directly from The Livorà Boutique are eligible for a return.

How to return:

2)Include your order number and reason for return.

3) We will provide you instructions for returning your item.

REFUNDS:

~ Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

~ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges:

~ We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if you would like a different item.
